Yes. Give the handover date and the rooms to clear. We review the schedule and confirm availability directly; the inquiry itself does not reserve that deadline.
Who decides which household items may be removed?
The authorized requester must make those decisions and identify what stays. We do not determine ownership or assume that everything left in a room may be discarded.
Should a garage or outbuilding be part of the same quote?
Describe each additional space explicitly. It may be reviewed with the house, but it is not automatically included just because it is on the property.
How do you handle disposal after the agreed clearout?
We handle disposal at approved facilities. No particular facility, donation outcome or recycling result is promised for the contents; ask about unusual materials before loading is agreed.
