Hotshot & Hauling

Know the load. Plan the Permian Basin trip.

Distances between Basin pickup and delivery points matter. Give us both locations, the load and site access before a hauling trip is accepted.

Metal chairs and panels are stacked inside a black trailer.

A haul across the Permian Basin needs more than a town name and a preferred day. Tell us what the load is, where it starts and where it must finish so the route can be reviewed.

Include dimensions or weight if known, the condition of the load and loading and unloading access at both ends. We confirm whether the trip and material fit the work we can accept; no particular cargo class, equipment capacity or arrival time is promised from an inquiry.

The details needed to review a hauling trip

  • A clear description of the load and its condition
  • Photos, dimensions and weight if known
  • The exact pickup point and loading access
  • The destination and unloading access
  • Your preferred date and any time constraints

From your first call to the agreed work

  1. Describe the load and both ends

Give the pickup and destination addresses, photos and any known dimensions or weight.

  2. Review the route and quote

Distance, access and handling shape the plan. We confirm acceptance and timing directly.

  3. Move forward with the confirmed hauling plan

Your hotshot & hauling quote

A hauling quote considers the route, distance, load and handling at both ends. Call or text with those details; no mileage rate or automatic Basin-wide delivery promise is published here.

Why do you need both addresses for a Basin hauling quote?

The route and distance are part of the work, alongside access at pickup and delivery. Town names alone may not describe a rural site or the approach to it.

What load information should I have ready?

Describe the material, condition, dimensions and weight if known. Send photos and explain how the load can be reached at each end so acceptance can be reviewed.

Does the service-area list guarantee any destination?

No. A hauling route is reviewed individually. Give the actual destination and timing requirements; the local service communities do not establish a transport range for every load.

Can you guarantee an urgent arrival across the Permian Basin?

No arrival time is promised from an inquiry. We review the route, material and schedule before confirming the trip and agreed timing.
